If you have any cold or flu like symptoms you must advise a race official, withdraw from the event and go home and isolate until you can arrange to have a Covid-19 test.
Is your event suitable for all ages?
The Sunset Coast Run is suitable for all ages and abilities although we have some race entry age guidelines that should be followed, please see our guidelines on the Individual Entries page.
Will all participants receive a medal?
Yes, all finishers will receive a medal. You must finish the event to receive a medal.
When is the last day I can register?
Late entries will be available:

When can I collect my bib and race pack?
Race pack and bib numbers can be posted or picked up prior to the event at specific times - see our 'Participant Information' page for more information on options for bib collection.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
You can transfer your entry via our registration system you used to enter, this is your Active Network registration login. Please read the Sunset Coast Run Conditions of Transfer details on our 'Transfers and Cancellations' page.
Can I transfer to another race distance?
You can transfer to another distance via your Active Network registration login or by emailing events@xtrmultisports.com.au

How does my Birthday impact the competitor age category?
Age group determination is based on the competitors age on race day.
Can I run with a pram/stroller?
Yes participants are welcome to walk or run with a stroller/pram in any of the event distances. Please see the nominated start zones when entering. We ask however that you please start at the back as a courtesy to other participants and be mindful of other pedestrians as well.
No, participants are not allowed any personal support riders or bike riders to assist them on on course. It is the responsibility of all athletes to ensure that no bikes are on the course assisting others and restricting other participants. Any transgression will result in disqualification from the event and any race results without refund.
Can I walk my event?
Can I have a second or support person ride alongside me on a bike?
Yes you are welcome to walk any event distance but please do not walk more than two abreast and block other participants navigating the course.
What does event registration include?
What is your refund policy for the event?
Event registration provides you with your race number, recovery refreshments and a medal at the conclusion of your run event. This applies to all distances. Race T-Shirts can be purchased separately during the registration process and collected after you finish in the finish recovery area.
Can my dog walk or run with me?
As much fun as this could be unfortunately, our furry dog friends are not permitted to join participants as this could impede other participants navigating the course or lead to an injury or mishap!
Yes, refund options are available however cancellation conditions apply.
