TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Entry Transfers

You can transfer to another distance via your Active Network registration login or by email request to events@xtrmultisports.com.au up until 9pm 22nd of April 2024.  After this time transfers of distances can only be requested at race pack collection.  Please bring confirmation email, collect bib and then bring it to late entries for transfer.

Transfers of distance and person will be subject to availability of races.

A $10 administration fee is applicable to any changes made to an entry including transfer of distance.

Entries are not transferable to other individuals or participants. 

Covid-19 Statement

Should the event not proceed due to COVID-19 Safety Guidelines then all entrants will be offered the following options of their choice:

  • refunded in full minus a $10 admin processing fee

  • transferred to the equivalent distance in the 2025 event

  • transferred to the equivalent distance in the Sunset Coast Run event scheduled for October 2024 (see - https://www.sunsetcoastrun.com.au)

This decision will be subject to COVID-19 restrictions based on the advice of the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) and the WA Department of Health.  The organisers are developing a suitable Covid safety plan for the event but this is evolving in-line with updated information from the WA Government as they release and implement a staged lifting of COVID-19 restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

The following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.

  • Refund of 75% up to 9pm Sunday 04 March 2024

  • Refund of 50% up to 9pm Sunday 01 April 2024

  • Refund of 25% up to 9pm Wednesday 22 April 2024

  • No Refunds after 9pm Wednesday 22 April 2024
